Personal Information

This Privacy Policy covers our treatment of personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”) gathered when you access the Platform. Personal Information is information that may – in one way or another – refer to you, such as address, gender, name, email address, etc. Rainhero Games does not collect any Personal Information from you unless you provide it to us voluntarily. If you refuse to divulge your Personal Information when requested, you may not be able to access certain areas of our Platform.

We only deal with Personal Information that is relevant and sufficient for the purpose of providing you with our game or application (hereafter the “Game”) and servicing you with news and updates (hereafter the “Purpose”). The Purpose is decisive for what types of Personal Information are relevant to us. The same applies to the extent of the Personal Information we use.

When registering and signing in via third party application login, you authorize us to access certain account information from that third party application, such as your basic profile information (name, profile picture, gender, age range), birthdate, email address, friends.

If you register for an account on our Platform, you have to provide us with certain information, including a user name and your email address. We will receive and store your email address for the purpose of servicing you with our Game and providing you with a more personalized experience.

We recommend you not to use your real name or the real name of another person when selecting a username. Your username will be visible to other users when you participate in the Game.

You are able to edit your account information (not your selected username), when you log in to your account. You are also able to delete your account. If you delete your account, we will delete all of the Personal Information we have registered about you.

The Personal Information is kept for the time allowed by the Data Protection Act, and you can always request information and insight into what information we have collected from you. In addition, you have the right to correct incorrect information, to limit processing and to delete your Personal Information.

Information we collect automatically through the app

When you access or use the App, we automatically collect general information about you, including:

Log Information: We log information about your use of the App, including the type of device you use and the features you use.
Device Information: We collect information about the device you use to access the App, including information about the device’s software and hardware, unique device identifiers (i.e. Device ID and advertising ID), device tokens for push-messages, mobile network information and time zone, model number, approximate location, ip address and operation system.
Usage Information: We collect information relating to your use of the App, including your game progress, scores, achievements and interactions with other players.
Consumption information: We collect information about your consumption habits relating to your use of the App, including which purchases you make with both virtual and real currencies and the reception of virtual goods in-game.
Application info and peformance.
We may share your information with third parties that perform services for us or on our behalf, including payment processing and data analysis.
With your consent, or with an opportunity for you to withdraw consent, we may share your information with third parties for marketing purposes, as permitted by law.
By consenting to this privacy you are giving us the permission to process your personal data.
If you have given your consent, we will share your advertising ID to the advertising companies in order to provide customisable advertisement within the app.

We collect these data to:

Provide you the applications and allow you to access them
Keep the applications updated and secure (Crash logs and diagnostics)
Compile statistical data and analyse them for internal and third parties use
Deliver targeted advertising
Improve the efficiency of the applications
Process payments and refunds
To assist us in analyzing how our service is used.

Third Party Services

There are certain places on our Platform where you may activate a link or service to access other services that do not operate under this Privacy Policy. For example, if you activate an advertisement on our Platform, you may be taken to a service that we do not control. These third-party services may independently collect information, including personal information, from you and, in some instances, provide us with information about your activities on those services. We recommend that you consult the privacy statements of all third party services you use.

Information we collect from other sources

If you log into the App using a third party site or platform such as Facebook, Apple Game Center and Google Sign-In, we access information about you from that site or platform, such as your screen name, profile information and friend lists, in accordance with the authorization procedures determined by such third party site or platform provided that you have given the third party site in question such consent.

If you log into the App using a third party site or platform, you represent and warrant that (i) your access and use of such features in connection with the App will comply with the applicable terms and policies of such site or platform; and (ii) that you are over the minimum age limit that is prescribed for such third party site or platform by the legislation in the individual jurisdictions.

Security

I value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and I cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Children Under the Age of 13 years

Rainhero Games does not process personal data of children under the minimum age limit that is prescribed by the legislation in the individual jurisdictions for behavioral advertisement. If such personal data have been processed without Rainhero Games's knowledge, Rainhero Games will, after having become aware of the incident, immediately take reasonable measures to stop such processing and promptly delete any such data from Rainhero Games’s records. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that We will be able to do the necessary actions.

Age restriction: You must be 13 years of age or older to create an account and use our Platform. Rainhero Games will not knowingly collect Personal Information from any person under the age of 13. Rainhero Games encourages parents to instruct their children to never give out Personal Information when online. These requirements will be posted at points of data collection within our Platform, e.g. when the user registers for an account.

Push notifications

We send push notifications or alerts to your mobile device to provide game-related information, service updates, promotional communications and other related messages, if you have agreed to such notifications. You can deactivate these notifications by changing your notification settings on your device.

I may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. I will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and by updating the “Last updated” date of this Privacy Policy..
